RSP is currently expanding in China, we are pursuing to build a team of high caliber trainer & consultant in China to help us to delivery consulting services and training to our customers in China as well as South East Asia.
Our ideal trainer/consultant profile would be candidates that had either:
■Extensive complex sales experience in industries such as medical equipment, industrial capital goods, IT/software, Internet, financial service, business services, computer hardware, etc.
■At least 5-year experience in training delivery.
■Extensive complex sales experience in industries such as medical equipment, industrial capital goods, IT/software, Internet, financial service, business services, computer hardware, etc.
■Experience in conducting business or sales consulting projects.
■Able to join sales call with customer during the pre-sales stage.
■English fluency and international experience. As a minimum the candidates should be able to read English fluently.
We charge a certification cost of around Rmb20,000 to individuals that wish to take part in our certification program.
The certification program consists of a combination of instructor-led-training, reading, on-line courses and real-life coaching/training experience. The certification process will take about 3-6 months (not full time though) depending on the individual.
Once certified, the individual will be able to deliver training and consulting services to RSP customers for a progressive rate structure depending on performance and seniority.

我们的签约培训师/咨询顾问需要满足以下要求：
■医疗设备、化工产品、IT/软件、互联网、金融服务、商业服务、计算机硬件等行业具有丰富的销售经验。
■5年以上培训交付经验。
■在医疗设备、化工产品、IT/软件、互联网、金融服务、商业服务、计算机硬件等行业具有丰富的销售经验。
■有从事商业或销售咨询项目的经验。
■能够在售前阶段与客户进行电话销售。
■英语流利，有国际工作经验为佳，至少可以熟练阅读英文材料。
若您希望参与RSP认证项目，我们将收取约¥20,000元认证费用。
该认证项目将在专业导师的带领下，进行认证材料阅读、在线课程以及真实项目背景下的辅导/培训。根据个人情况，认证过程可在3-6个月内完成（无需全职）。
一旦获得认证，您可为RSP的客户提供培训和咨询服务，并根据业绩和项目资历获取相应的、结构化的报酬。
